INDIA

Mr. Prem and Dr. Pushpa Rout

Medical Missions, Orissa

Prem Rout and his wife Dr. Pushpa Rout are engaged in a variety of outreach ministries in their home land of India. They offer literacy training to the illiterate, free medical clinics, immunization and health awareness talks amongst the very poorest of villages of their home state.

Most recently the Routs have provided a sewing school for destitute village women to learn a skill that will eventually provide for them and their families. Currently they are in need of sponsors for a sewing machine for each of the graduates from the first school. If you would like to donate the funds to help, the cost is $230 per machine. They are in need of 10 machines. Please specify with your donation that this is how you wish your contribution to be used.
